We also offer a full-service delivery, including assembly and waste disposal, for an additional cost, available in Auckland only. How long does outdoor furniture delivery take?

While Design Concepts provides local Auckland and nationwide delivery, our time frames depend on your location and the type of furniture you've ordered. For standard orders within metropolitan areas, delivery may take between 1 to 2 weeks and even longer for rural locations. Please communicate any special delivery requirements at the time of ordering. We also recommend checking your access points to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Can I keep the outdoor furniture outside year-round?

Absolutely. We design our outdoor furniture to withstand year-round outdoor exposure and provide lasting enjoyment. Our rust-free frames ensure structural integrity regardless of weather conditions, while our specially treated materials resist UV damage, fading, mould, and mildew. Many of our products feature quick-dry foam and a free drainage system, which makes them easy to maintain and prevents moisture buildup. To give you added peace of mind, we offer a 5-year warranty on our fabric.

Does the polypropylene seat stay flexible in cold winter weather?

Yes. Our commercial-grade polypropylene is engineered with specialized UV-stabilisers and impact-modifiers. This ensures the material remains flexible and structurally sound in temperatures as low as -10°C, preventing the brittleness common in cheap plastic chairs.

Will the stackable chairs "bind" together and be hard to separate?

The Epsom is designed with integrated "stacking lugs" that maintain a small air gap between the chairs. This prevents them from vacuum-sealing or binding together, allowing you to lift them off the stack individually with ease.

Can I leave the Epsom chair on a lawn for extended periods?

While the chairs are fully weather-proof, leaving them on grass for long periods will prevent the lawn from getting light. The wide feet help prevent the chair from sinking, but we recommend moving them to a hard surface for long-term storage.

Is the chair surface safe for clothing with metal buttons or zips?

The matte-finish polypropylene is highly scratch-resistant and will not be damaged by standard clothing hardware. Unlike painted metal chairs, there is no surface layer to chip or peel, ensuring the chair maintains its clean look even with heavy use.
