Food and Beverage Spills:
For spills or messes involving BBQ sauce, beer, berries (fresh, jam, or juice), coffee, cola, tea, or wine, use an at-home solution. Combine 1 teaspoon (4 ml) of dishwashing liquid per 1 cup (250 ml) of water.

For bird droppings, etc, combine 1 teaspoon (4 ml) of dishwashing liquid and 1 teaspoon (4 ml) of white vinegar per 1 cup (250 ml) of water.

For fresh stains like butter, grease, mayonnaise, motor oil, oil, paint (wet/dried), salad dressing, sunscreen, and tomato (fresh, sauce, or juice), apply cornstarch as an absorbent. Remove excess with a straight edge and clean up the residue with 1 teaspoon (4 ml) of dishwashing liquid per 1 cup (250 ml) of water. Follow this with a strong degreaser.
