Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri Recipe

Drinks with strawberries don’t just look pretty; they also taste sweet and refreshing. Strawberries are the ultimate ingredient for a hot summer and Valentine’s Day.

Using a martini glass or a hi-ball tumbler is the authentic way to serve a daiquiri. If you don’t have cocktail glasses, feel free to use any glass you have. Consider freezing your glasses in advance to make your drink last longer.   

Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 4 ounces Bacardi Rum (White Rum)
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 2 ounces Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Ice
  • Strawberry (for garnish)
  • Lime Wedge (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Clean and hull 5-6 fresh strawberries.
  2. Add rum, frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries, simple sugar syrup and lime juice to the blender.
  3. Blend Well.
  4. Add ice and blend until desired slushy texture.
  5. Pour into two hurricane or tulip glasses.
  6. Garnish with fresh strawberries and a lime wedge.

French Martini

The Martini is often associated with class and sophistication, and this French Martini recipe not only makes you feel sophisticated but also offers a sweet and refreshing taste. When it comes to garnishing your martini, there’s no right or wrong—be creative! Consider cutting a slice of pineapple into heart shapes or using a dried rose for this special edition martini. 

French Martini

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 4 ounces premium vodka
  • 3 ounces fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce Chambord liqueur
  • small pinch of fine-grain sea salt
  • 2 ounces Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ice
  • Pineapple (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice until ⅓ – ½ full.
  2. Pour the vodka, fresh pineapple juice and Chambord to the cocktail shaker, sprinkle in the salt and shake vigorously for about five seconds.
  3. Pour the French martini into a chilled martini glass and serve with garnish.
