It is not likely. But if the furniture you ordered does not arrive in good order, or something goes wrong with it that should not have, call us and we will sort it.
Formally: a limited two-year warranty on the furniture we supply, against defects in material and workmanship. We repair or replace at our option, at no cost to you. Sunbrella and Sunproof fabrics carry a minimum five years in New Zealand against fading.
Domestic use, original purchaser, proof of purchase. The natural patina of teak is not a defect. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply at all times.
The difference is in the details 100% outdoor
Everything we sell is built to live outside all year. Not moved under cover at the first forecast, not packed away in April.
Fabric is solution-dyed, which means the colour goes right through the fibre rather than sitting on the surface of it. Think a beetroot rather than a radish. Surface-dyed fabric goes chalky in a season. This does not.
Underneath is quick-dry foam. Rained on at four, usable by half past. The cushion drains rather than holding water, so once the surface is dry you can sit on it in normal clothes.

Delivery Nationwide
We deliver everywhere. Every town, every city, every suburb. As far north as Kaitaia and as far south as Invercargill.
Around Auckland we deliver with our own team, so we can guarantee it is handled and placed properly.
Outside Auckland, most deliveries arrive within 10 to 12 working days, excluding rural addresses, which can take a little longer. Freight is calculated at checkout.
Furniture is big and it does not travel overnight by courier. Outdoor furniture is about slowing down anyway.
Living with it Low maintenance
Rinse the fabric with fresh water now and then. Salt is what dulls a cushion, not sunlight.
If the piece is teak, it will move from amber towards a silver grey over roughly four to twelve months outdoors. That is the timber behaving as it should and it does not affect strength or joinery. Oil it once a year if you would rather hold the warmer tone.
Check the fixings once a year and store cushions dry over winter.
