    Does the "deep seating" design make it difficult for shorter people to sit upright?

    The Kapiti is designed for "lounging" rather than formal upright sitting. Shorter users may find it most comfortable when using the back cushions or adding scatter cushions to provide extra lumbar support and reduce the effective seat depth.

    Can the sofa handle salt spray in beachfront properties?

    Yes. The internal frame is constructed from aluminium, which is naturally rust-proof. When paired with Sunbrella fabric, the entire sofa is engineered to resist the corrosive effects of salt air, making it ideal for coastal NZ homes.

    How quickly does the Kapiti dry after a heavy rain shower?

    Thanks to the reticulated Quick Dry Foam and breathable Sunbrella fabric, water drains vertically through the sofa. In warm, breezy conditions, the seat can be dry enough for use in approximately 60 to 90 minutes.

    Will the neutral Taupe fabric show water spots after rain?

    Sunbrella Taupe is a "heathered" tone that is very effective at masking light environmental marks. To prevent water spots from dust buildup, we recommend hosing the sofa down with fresh water occasionally to keep the surface clear of sediment.
