Do the tables "clatter" against each other in the wind?

No. The nesting tolerances are designed to provide a clean visual fit while leaving enough of a gap to prevent the frames from touching. The weight of the aluminium and the non-marking feet ensure both tables stay stationary even in breezy conditions.

Can the smaller table be used as a standalone stool for guests?

While the aluminium frame is exceptionally strong, these are engineered as coffee tables. We do not recommend using the nesting tables as seating, as the top surface is optimized for weight distribution of platters rather than the concentrated load of an adult.

Will the powder-coated finish scratch if I slide the tables together?

The tables are designed to nest without the frames rubbing. However, to ensure the longevity of the matte finish, we recommend lifting the smaller table slightly when sliding it under the larger one to avoid any grit on your patio scratching the bottom of the frame.

Is the 80cm diameter large enough for a four-piece sofa set?

The 80cm main table plus the secondary nesting table provides a very flexible surface area. When pulled out, they create a tiered look that offers more usable space than a single large table, making them ideal for serving multiple guests across a large lounge suite.
