We also offer a full-service delivery, including assembly and waste disposal, for an additional cost, available in Auckland only. How long does outdoor furniture delivery take?

While Design Concepts provides local Auckland and nationwide delivery, our time frames depend on your location and the type of furniture you've ordered. For standard orders within metropolitan areas, delivery may take between 1 to 2 weeks and even longer for rural locations. Please communicate any special delivery requirements at the time of ordering. We also recommend checking your access points to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Can I keep the outdoor furniture outside year-round?

Absolutely. We design our outdoor furniture to withstand year-round outdoor exposure and provide lasting enjoyment. Our rust-free frames ensure structural integrity regardless of weather conditions, while our specially treated materials resist UV damage, fading, mould, and mildew. Many of our products feature quick-dry foam and a free drainage system, which makes them easy to maintain and prevents moisture buildup. To give you added peace of mind, we offer a 5-year warranty on our fabric.

How do I choose the correct base weight for the Nata UX?

If using the Nata through a dining table, a 20kg to 30kg base is usually sufficient. If the umbrella is freestanding, we recommend a minimum of 40kg to 50kg to ensure stability against the leverage of the 2.8m canopy in a breeze.

Can the Nata UX pole be disassembled for storage?

Yes. The centre pole typically features a mid-point join, allowing you to break the umbrella down into two manageable sections. This makes it much easier to store in a garage or garden shed during the winter months.

Does the "Architecture" finish require special cleaning?

The lacquered UX finish is highly durable. To maintain its designer look, simply wipe the pole with a soft cloth and fresh water. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could dull the premium lustre of the frame's finish.

Is the Nata UX compatible with standard table umbrella holes?

The Nata features a standard 40mm to 50mm pole diameter (check specific model). This makes it compatible with most high-quality outdoor dining tables, though we always recommend checking your table's hole diameter before purchase.
