Frequently Asked Questions

Is the "Stitch" rope purely decorative or does it serve a function?

The rope is a decorative architectural feature designed to add a nautical or tactile element to the planter. However, it also provides a textured "grip" point if the pot needs to be subtly adjusted or moved during installation.

What is the benefit of the "organic" shape for plant health?

The rounded, tapered shape of the Stitch 75 allows for even moisture distribution within the soil. Unlike sharp-cornered pots, the curved interior prevents "dry spots" and allows roots to grow in a more natural, circular pattern.

Can I leave this pot on a paved driveway without it staining the concrete?

The polyethylene material is non-porous and will not leach any chemicals. To prevent "dirt rings" from water runoff, we recommend using a saucer or pot feet to lift the pot slightly, allowing the area underneath to dry and remain clean.

Will the 20-year warranty cover damage from large tree roots?

The warranty covers structural failure and UV degradation. Polyethylene is incredibly strong and flexible; it is designed to expand slightly as roots grow. However, the warranty does not cover damage if the pot is punctured by tools during planting.
