Nationwide Delivery: We deliver anywhere in NZ.

Free Shipping: Free shipping for purchases above $5,000.

Standard Costs: For orders under $5,000, costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Full Service: We offer a premium "delivery + assembly + rubbish removal" service (Auckland region).

What is your return policy?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. You can return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Contact our team to initiate the return.

Does the furniture require assembly? 

Most items require minimal assembly (e.g., attaching legs). If you want a hassle-free experience, ask about our Full Service Delivery, where we build it for you and take away the boxes.

Do you offer warranties on your furniture?

Yes. We stand behind our quality with comprehensive warranties:

  • Sunbrella Fabric: 5-Year Warranty against fading and degradation.
  • Frames: Warranties on materials and workmanship (specific periods vary by collection).

Durability & Weather

Can I leave my outdoor furniture outside in winter?

Yes. We design our furniture specifically for New Zealand's harsh climate.

  • Frames: Our aluminium and 316 Marine-Grade stainless steel frames are rust-proof.
  • Teak: Our A-Grade teak naturally repels water and rot.
  • Fabrics: We use solution-dyed acrylics (Sunbrella®) that resist fading and mould.

Do I need to cover my furniture?

No, we generally do not recommend covers.

Why? Covers can trap moisture and cause "sweating," which promotes mould.

Our Solution: Our Quick Dry Foam and breathable fabrics perform best when left open to the air. If you do use covers, ensure they are high-quality and breathable.

Is Sunbrella® fabric waterproof?

It is highly water-repellent and breathable, but not "plastic-bag" waterproof.

Rain: Water beads off the surface during showers.

Heavy Downpours: If water penetrates, our Quick Dry Foam allows it to drain through the bottom, drying in as little as 15 minutes.

Materials & Care

How do I clean my outdoor cushions?

Light Clean: Brush off loose dirt and wash with mild soapy water.

Mould/Mildew: Because we use solution-dyed acrylic, you can actually use a diluted bleach solution for stubborn stains without damaging the colour.

Oil/Grease: Use a degreaser or mild solvent for food spills.

How do I maintain Teak furniture?

Silver Patina: Leave it untreated, and it will weather to a beautiful silver-grey (this does not affect durability).

Golden Look: Apply a teak protector annually if you wish to keep the honey-brown colour.

Cleaning: Wash occasionally with soapy water and a soft brush.

What makes your furniture "Commercial Grade"?

We supply many hotels and hospitality venues, meaning our furniture is built to a higher standard than typical retail options:

  • Thicker gauge aluminium for strength.
  • UV-stabilised materials that won't crack in the NZ sun.
  • Reinforced welds and high-density foam.

Do you have furniture for small balconies? 

Yes. We have a curated "Small Space" range including compact bistro sets, balcony-sized sofas, and stackable chairs perfect for apartments.
