Yes. The Pod 30 is finished with a high-performance sealant that creates a smooth, non-porous surface. This wide rim acts as a functional coffee table surface, though we recommend using coasters for acidic drinks to preserve the sealant's matte look.

If using the Bioethanol burner option, the base remains cool, making it perfectly safe for timber decks. For Natural Gas or LPG versions, we recommend using a thermal barrier or protective mat to ensure total safety for your decking material.

The Pod 30 features an integrated drainage system that allows water to pass through the internal cavity. To keep the burner in optimal condition, we recommend using the included all-weather cover to prevent debris from blocking these drainage points.

For the LPG version, the hose exits through a discreet port at the base. You can pair the Pod 30 with a matching concrete tank cover (sold separately) that hides the gas bottle and acts as a side table, ensuring a clean, cordless aesthetic.
