Rinse thoroughly with a garden hose; let it dry completely before vacuuming or shaking clean.
Address spills promptly by blotting with a cloth or absorbent paper.
Avoid harsh chemicals; trim any loose threads with scissors instead of pulling them.
When not in use (e.g. off season), store the dry, rolled rug in a covered area to prevent fading.

Frequently Asked Questions

What material is the Outdoor Rug Dark Grey made from?

This rug is hand-woven from 100% recycled PET plastic bottles. This eco-friendly construction is incredibly durable, moisture-resistant, and helps keep plastic waste out of the environment.

Is this rug resistant to mould and rot?

Yes. Because the recycled PET fibres are non-absorbent, the rug does not hold moisture like wool or cotton. This makes it naturally resistant to mould and mildew, even in damp outdoor conditions.

Can I wash this rug with a garden hose?

Absolutely. For general cleaning, simply hose the rug down with water and a mild detergent. Hang it over a railing or chairs to air dry quickly.

Does the rug feel like plastic underfoot?

No. The advanced weaving process creates a soft, wool-like texture. It provides the comfort of an indoor rug while maintaining the durability required for outdoor use.
