Can the Single Centre Section be used as a standalone armless chair?

Yes. While designed to extend a sofa, this section is fully finished on all sides. It can function as a sleek, armless slipper chair in smaller spaces or be moved around to create individual seating pods during large gatherings.

Will the seat height match my existing older Hamilton pieces?

The Hamilton range maintains consistent frame dimensions across production years. However, new cushions may sit slightly higher initially due to the loft of the fresh Quick Dry Foam. They will settle over the first few weeks of use to match the height of your existing set.

How do I clean the gaps where the sections join?

Because modular sections sit closely together, dust and debris can collect in the seams. We recommend unmasking the connector clips once a season and sliding the sections apart to vacuum the side fabric and clear the patio surface underneath.

Does the armless design affect the stability of the back cushion?

No. The back cushion is engineered with a specific weight and friction-grip underside that keeps it secure against the internal aluminium frame. Even without side arms for support, the cushion remains upright and supportive during use.
