Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Globe Planter built to withstand winter weather?

Yes. The Globe is a concrete composite planter specifically designed for outdoor durability. It is engineered to be resistant to frost, UV radiation, and heavy rain without cracking or degrading over time.

Does the Globe Planter include a drainage hole?

Yes. Proper drainage is essential for plant health in outdoor settings. The Globe typically comes pre-drilled with a drainage hole to prevent water from pooling and causing root rot in your plants.

Is the planter heavy enough to stay stable in the wind?

The concrete composite blend provides the perfect balance of weight and portability. It is significantly lighter than solid stone, yet heavy enough to remain stable and upright during gusty New Zealand weather.

Can I apply a custom paint colour to the Globe Planter?

While the Globe is supplied in a high-quality natural finish, it can be painted using a suitable masonry paint. However, we recommend keeping the original black or grey finish to ensure the best long-term aesthetic and durability.
