Is the Bromic Tungsten Electric Heater waterproof?

The heater has an IPX4 rating, meaning it is resistant to splashing water and suitable for outdoor use. We recommend installing it under a covering to protect it from direct torrential rain and maximize its lifespan.

Does this heater emit a harsh red light?

No. The Tungsten Electric series features a spectral reflector that provides a soft, warm amber glow. This is much more comfortable for the eyes than the bright red light found in traditional infrared heaters.

What wattages are available for the Tungsten series?

It is available in various wattages, typically ranging from 2000W to 6000W. Higher wattage models provide a larger heat coverage area, allowing you to select the right power for your specific patio size.

Does the heater include a remote control?

The heater unit itself does not include a remote. However, it can be paired with a Bromic Wireless Controller, which is sold separately, for convenient remote dimming and power control.
