Affinity Smart-Heat Dimmer Controller

  • Adjust heat in 1% increments through the Bromic Heating App to find the right level of comfort for your space.
  • Connect through 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and manage your heaters from the Bromic Heating App.
  • Group connected heaters into zones and control multiple heaters from one app.
  • Use the app's timer and scheduling functions to plan when your heaters run; timer-off settings require a Wi-Fi connection.
  • IP54 rated enclosure for installation in suitable outdoor locations.
  • The 5 channel, three-phase model includes an expansion board for Ethernet connectivity and 0–10 V integration with compatible home or building automation systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use this remote to control third-party electric heaters?

No. The Bromic wireless system uses a specific radio frequency and protocol designed to communicate exclusively with Bromic Dimmer Control units. It is not compatible with standard household dimmers or other heater brands.

Is the remote itself waterproof?

The remote is water-resistant for casual outdoor use, but it is not waterproof or submersible. To ensure the longevity of the internal electronics and battery, we recommend storing the remote in a dry, sheltered location or inside the house when not in use.

What happens if I lose the remote?

If the remote is lost, you will not be able to adjust the heat level unless you have a hard-wired bypass switch. Replacement remotes can be purchased and "re-paired" to your existing Bromic controller by following the synchronization steps in the manual.

Can I set "zones" for different heaters on one remote?

Yes. One remote can control up to 7 individual control units within its 30m range. This allows you to group heaters by "Zone" (e.g., Dining Area vs. Lounge Area) and adjust their heat levels independently using the same handset.
