How long does the Bolleke take to reach a full charge?

From a completely flat battery, the Bolleke typically takes approximately 3 hours to reach full charge via the USB cable. Once fully charged, it provides up to 24 hours of light on the lowest setting, making it perfect for multi-night camping or events.

Can I leave the Bolleke hanging in a tree during winter?

While the IP55 rating protects it from rain, we recommend bringing the light inside during the colder, darker months. This protects the internal lithium-ion battery from extreme cold, which can reduce its long-term capacity and performance.

Will the silicone loop stretch or break over time?

The loop is made from high-strength, industrial-grade silicone designed to maintain its elasticity. It is resistant to UV and temperature fluctuations, ensuring it remains secure even when supporting the weight of the light in breezy conditions.

Can the light be used while it is plugged into the charger?

No. For safety and to protect the battery circuit, the Bolleke is designed to be used as a wireless lamp. The charging port should be securely capped when the light is in use, especially in outdoor environments.
