Frequently Asked Questions

Does the low-profile height make it difficult to get out of?

The Arrowtown features a reclined "casual" pitch typical of lounge seating. While it is lower than a dining chair, the firm seat cushion and supportive backrest provide enough leverage for most adults to exit the chair comfortably.

Will the "Marble" light grey fabric show every mark?

Sunbrella Marble is a heathered weave, meaning it contains multiple tones of grey. This is far more forgiving than a solid light colour, as it effectively masks light dust, pollen, and environmental marks common in outdoor settings.

Is the internal frame protected from moisture?

Yes. Even though the fabric is wrapped over the frame, the underlying structure is made of rust-proof aluminium. The use of reticulated Quick Dry Foam ensures that moisture passes through and exits the bottom, preventing any internal corrosion.

Can I use the Arrowtown chair on a high-wind rooftop?

The Arrowtown has a relatively "closed" profile, which can catch the wind more than open-frame chairs. Its weight provides good stability, but in extremely exposed locations, we recommend placing it against a wall during gale events.
