Does the 219cm width require a centre support leg?

The Alexandra Triple is engineered with a reinforced internal aluminium truss system. This high-strength frame allows for the wide 219cm span without the need for an unsightly centre leg, maintaining a clean, architectural look underneath the sofa.

Will the extra-deep 98cm seat be too deep for formal sitting?

The Alexandra is a luxury lounge sofa designed for "sinking in." For more formal sitting, the included back cushions provide excellent support; however, shorter users may enjoy adding smaller scatter cushions to adjust the effective seat depth.

How do I manage the large seat cushions for cleaning?

The seat cushions are substantial but manageable. The Sunbrella covers feature long, high-quality zips that allow for easy removal. We recommend cleaning the covers while they are still slightly damp to make sliding them back over the foam easier.

Is the frame under the cushions slatted or solid?

The frame features heavy-duty aluminium slats. This is critical for outdoor furniture as it allows for 360-degree airflow around the Quick Dry Foam, ensuring that moisture doesn't get trapped against the bottom of the cushions.
