Frequently Asked Questions

Is the frame of the Matakana Sofa rust-proof?

Yes. The frame is constructed from durable, powder-coated aluminium. Aluminium is naturally rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, making this sofa an ideal investment for coastal NZ and Australian homes.

Can I leave the Matakana Sofa cushions outside?

Yes. The cushions feature Sunbrella fabric and Quick Dry Foam. This combination is designed to shed water and drain rapidly, allowing the cushions to stay outdoors year-round while resisting fading.

Does the sofa require assembly?

The Matakana Triple Sofa typically arrives fully assembled. You may only need to attach the feet, allowing you to enjoy your new furniture almost immediately upon delivery.

How do I maintain the Matte Black finish?

The powder-coated finish is low maintenance. Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dust or salt spray. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could scratch the coating.
