What is the minimum ceiling height required for the Eclipse Pendant?

To ensure both safety and optimal heat distribution, the Eclipse Pendant should be installed with specific clearances. We recommend a minimum ceiling height of 2.4 metres to allow for the required suspension distance while keeping the heat source at a comfortable level.

Does the pendant sway significantly in high winds?

The Eclipse is designed with a rigid mounting system rather than a loose chain. This minimizes swaying in breezy conditions; however, for very exposed areas, the aerodynamic circular design helps the wind pass around the unit rather than catching it.

Can the LED light rail be replaced if it fails?

The LED rail is a high-quality, long-life component integrated into the ceramic screen assembly. It is designed to last for many years of evening use. If a fault occurs, the light assembly can be serviced by a Bromic-authorized technician.

Is the Eclipse Pendant efficient enough for large open-plan pergolas?

The Eclipse uses a premium ceramic screen to project radiant heat directly downward in a defined "warm zone." While highly efficient, in very large or completely open areas, the heat is most effective when the unit is mounted directly over the primary seating or dining area.
