How long does outdoor furniture delivery take?

While Design Concepts provides local Auckland and nationwide delivery, our time frames depend on your location and the type of furniture you've ordered. For standard orders within metropolitan areas, delivery may take between 1 to 2 weeks and even longer for rural locations. Please communicate any special delivery requirements at the time of ordering. We also recommend checking your access points to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Can I keep the outdoor furniture outside year-round?

Is the Poolboy Floata Long made of PVC?

No. Unlike cheap inflatables, the Poolboy core uses high-quality TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). TPU is significantly more durable, heat-resistant, and environmentally friendly than standard PVC.

Can I leave the Poolboy Floata in the sun?

Yes. The outer cover is made from premium Olefin fabric, which is UV, fade, and chlorine-resistant. It is specifically designed to withstand the harsh sun and chemical conditions of poolside use.

Does it come with a pump?

Yes. Every Poolboy Floata comes with a pump included, allowing you to inflate the lounger and get it onto the water immediately upon delivery.

How do I dry the Floata after use?

The Olefin fabric is engineered to be quick-drying. Simply pull the Floata from the pool and let it stand on its side to drain. Ensure it is dry before storing it away for long periods.
